Brief description: pen and ink cartoon drawing, framed in lead showing ‘The Oil King, Holy Joe’, ‘Dont speak to me while I’m counting oil’, he had a pile of wooden counters which he used as counters when dispensing oil from his wagon. He also dealt in wire netting [shown in cartoon]. The cartoon was framed by one of the plumbers employed by the firm of John Walton and Co and was found in the derelict plumbers workshop by the donor
